At Antly Gifts, we specialise in personalised and customised products made specially for you. Due to the customised nature of our items, please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return Policy on Customised Products
All personalised products (photo frames, mugs, keychains, and customised gifts) are made specifically as per the customer’s request.
Therefore:
- We do not accept returns for customised or personalised items.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Minor variations in colour, alignment, or print may occur due to screen and printing differences.
2. Refund / Replacement Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- You received the wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos and an unboxing video (if available) must be shared as proof
3. Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect photo, name, spelling, date, or custom details provided by the customer
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Minor color variations due to screen resolution
- Delay caused by courier services
Customers are fully responsible for reviewing customization details before confirming the order.
4. Refund Process
If your request is approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
- In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement instead of a refund
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
- Once the item enters production, cancellation is not possible.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If the issue persists, contact us directly
